I need a building for investment, to provide hotel-style services.
The building should contain 15-20 rooms (preferably all with ensuite bathrooms).
The ground floor should have 2-4 shops where I can open a supermarket.
I need an area close to Al-Hamra, Al-Ruwais, and Al Sharafeyah.
My budget is 200,000~250,000 sar/year.
