Looking for فيلا Rent

I am Mohammad Asif Khan. I am moving from Dubai to Riyadh and searching for a villa in range of 120,000-160,000 range.
The villa should be modern, have a nice garden and also iseally needs to have a maid room.
My office is in Malqa so will keep the search to North of Riyadh.
