Payment policy :

The Deal app allows payments through various methods: bank transfer, card payment, and Apple Pay, to facilitate the payment process. Card payments are available for the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Mada Card. Payments via bank transfer are available for the following banks:

Note: When making a payment via bank transfer, please send the receipt to the customer service number via WhatsApp so we can activate the requested service.

Terms and Conditions for Serious Request Service: In addition to the terms and conditions of the Deal app:


  • The requester is obliged to interact with real estate brokers.

  • The requester must provide accurate information about their request so that it can be served appropriately.

  • The Deal app commits to feature the request prominently for 30 days.

  • The Deal app guarantees priority visibility for the request for 30 days from the payment date.

  • The Deal app will automatically update real estate brokers about the request during the service period.

  • The Deal app will provide a report of the brokers who communicated with the request, which is available on the same request page in the app.


Refund Policy for Serious Requests: The Deal app commits to refunding the client in the following cases:

  • If the client requests a refund within 24 hours of payment.

  • If the client does not receive communication from at least 3 real estate brokers during the service period (one month from the payment date).


Terms and Conditions for Real Estate Subscription Package: In addition to the terms and conditions of the Deal app:

  • The subscriber must provide accurate information about themselves.

  • The subscriber must adhere to all the terms and conditions of the Deal app. In case of violation, the Deal app has the right to take necessary action, and in case of repeated violations, the Deal app has the right to close the client's account.

  • The Deal app commits to providing unlimited communication with real estate requests during the subscription period.

  • The Deal app commits to providing unlimited communication with serious real estate requests during the subscription period.

  • The Deal app will distinguish the subscribed real estate agent during the subscription period.

  • The Deal app allows the addition of unlimited real estate advertisements for the subscribed real estate agent.

Refund Policy for Real Estate Subscriptions: The Deal app commits to refunding the real estate agent if they request a refund within 24 hours of payment.
